Other way around.. UltraGrid never had issues, delam issue with Ultra200 was somewhat overblown by very few and should be a non-issue with newer 200x formula.. 200x is an amazing fabric.. Only Aluula Graflyte is slightly better IMO (100% UHMWPE), but that fabric has super limited availability...

No, wider means more work for your body to heat up more space.
Kifaru bags are pretty big as is, will work good even for active sleepers.
If you were taller and 210lb+ then go wide.

Don't have viam. Not happy with my 2015 ee down quilt since they understuffed it back then.
EE has a great pad attachment system that might give it the edge.
