I listen to the professionals. Eric has a video where he walks down the shooting line at a PRS event and asks how the shooters load, to a man they Full Size reload.
I asked if Rockslide considered them different as there is no separate page dedicated to them, all other N American deer have their own pages, thats it..

In my 10 degree Light bed on an insulated inflatable pad I find myself too warm at temps above 25 or so, the comfort rating is conservative to say the least, thankfully is easy to kick a leg or 2 out or undo a couple sheet clips to let in a bit of cooler air.
I run a Zenbivy Light 10 and 30 degree system and could not be happier. So much room to move around in the Large Wide on a 25"x78" rectangular insulated pad. The degree ratings are very conservative too as I've been comfortable at -5f in in the 10 degree set up.
I shoot a 300 WSM and wouldn't shoot over 200 grain rounds because I like speed, 2900 fps and slower doesn't impress me, my 174 grain 3280fps round will DRT most any N American animal and do it out to distance.
Hammer bullets are designed for max velocities. I got speeds even faster but didn't group well. For Hammers you find the pressure signs 1st, back off .5 or so, THEN start developing the load.

Does anyone run homebuilt alcohol stoves? Which variation? How cool is it to boil water on something you built? Here's one of mine, it's 10yrs old and wouldn't go hunting without it.

A decade ago I built a Bud Light bottle alcohol stove using this tutorial and have been using it as a backup because its so light and boils 2 cups of water, no more no less.
