    If you have never put them on a tripod then you can't compare them. The difference of hand held and on a tripod are night and day even with the same optic.

    Have you put them on a tripod side by side? I have and they are pretty close. I would still pick the pures for the better optic, but I wouldn't badmouth the uhd at all.

    the 12x are way better than 10's especially for glassing. the FOV is still better than most 10's
