Does his company offer any sort of tool account? For example, the company I work for lets us charge up to $500 in tools and we only have to pay them back $50 a pay period.

More than likely not. The last wolverine seen in Colorado was in 1919. More than likely you saw a big marmot. Plus the likelihood of seeing one on or that close to the front range is a joke.

Climbing with camp on your back.
Are you carrying your entire camp in your pack everyday all day and then just camping there at dark? Or spiking into an area and doing day trips with an empty pack and coming back to camp?
