    I just sprang for the new Rocky Talkie 5w radio for when I hunt and two Mountain Radio for my wife and son when we ski. The durability and weight were the selling points for me.

    Options for reducing Tikka T3x recoil

    I like my hearing, so I won’t put a brake on my rifle, but that’s an option. A suppressor also reduces recoil, but buying one now will get it in your hands in 8-9 months, maybe sooner, if you’re lucky. So a brake is more immediate.     I have this on my 270 Win. Its lightweight, great clarity. My other rifle wears a Trijicon Accupoint 3-9x40. Swaro lets in a little more light, but both are great scopes.
