    You can buy a preference point without applying. Then apply the following year and buy a point during application. So if you start with 0 points in 2023, you buy a point in the fall but don't apply for a tag. Then when 2024 comes, during application you can buy a point and apply with 2 points.

    Cylinder Stoves used to make a conversion kit that did not require electricity. Cold air will naturally be pulled in as the warm air is exiting through the exhaust. I am leaning towards building my own. Hardest part will be figuring out the gravity feed to ensure its not too fast

    how many trips?

    We have always had a minimum of 2 guys at the deer. We do one trip with 2 guys comfortably. Maybe it's my ignorance but I have always thought I could do it in one trip without the cape. Granted, I haven't tried that yet. Distance and how much room in the pack is the question.
