    beretta 390 shotgun walmart special. it had fell behind a rack and been laying there for years. it had one small nick at end of barrel. They had moved the rack and found it marked it as clearance for 350.

    .270 on whitetail - short range

    Shot a nice buck with a hornady interlock 2 years ago. He was quartering to me and i shot him through the front shoulder @ about 20 yards. was hunting the edge of a swamp and he only made it about 40 yards. few pin drops of blood at edge of water or i would have thought it was a complete miss...

    cva optima with 290 grain barnes bullets is very accurate combination. using 2 white hot pellets.

    Low dose chest cat scan. Our hospital does them at reduced pricing for people during the month of february. In conjunction with american heart month. It’s a great quick screening tool and isn’t terribly expensive.

    Single Shot Rifles

    cva scout gets my vote. i have one trigger is very crisp and breaks at 2.5lbs on trigger pull gauge. Looked at several scouts before i bought this one and they all had a really good trigger. just for reference my cva optima muzzleloader i bought this season breaks at 1.5lbs.

    I got to quit smoking

    Quit about 7 years ago. Me and the wife both. Only way i could stay stopped was just to quit cold turkey. Wife said if you make it a month i’ll quit too. best thing we ever did.

    It’s not on your list but the wife and I both are using Rivers west clothes. i’ve had the original waterproof fleece jacket for 10 years and it’s still going strong. It’s great for stand sitting and is windproof and waterproof. It’s rough if you want to walk miles in as it does not breathe well.

    Academy sports has had a few shipments come in near us. I bought 1k SRP the other day for 69 bucks. They are worth checking out if you have one near you. They didn’t have a limit on how many you could purchase.

    Had one a few years ago. They gave me a script for 2 valium to be taken when i got there for the procedure. I took 1 valium when i left the house headed to the doctors office. they were pissed but i’m glad i did. they had me pop the other valium headed into the room. Procedure wasn’t bad at all...
