    If you run into them at the Expo you should ask about lead times, shipping etc. I'd be curious what they say. Their customer service never picks up the phone when you call for updates after months of no contact.

    I've had that issue with several pairs of boots lately. I was wondering if it was me admittedly not taking care of the leather causing them to shrink.. I'm approaching my mid-30's so it sounds like it could be age as well.
