I decided to bring a kettlebell to my office today, so I had a 1/2 mile KB carry from parking lot to my desk that I’m absolutely taking credit for.
Was supposed to ride the stationary bike for 1:15 this morning. Gave up after 34 mins. There is nothing more boring to me. First world problems I know, so I’ll have to make up for it somehow this evening.
