    Mine was 28oz on delivery. I ended up opened the barrel channel, removing the shitty limbsaver pad, fitting a new cervellati pad and bedding the action- it’s 25oz now including a tikka recoil lug.

    LaSportiva’s trango and aquialibriam boots work well for my narrow low volume foot. The scarpas I tried were slightly too wide but still pretty narrow. I’ve heard Salewas are narrow but have no personal experience. I have had no luck with “hunting” brand boots fwiw

    kowa 663/664 vs swaro 65 sts/ats

    I bought a 663m probably 10 years ago and still own/use it. It's true the "glassing experience" isnt on par with the other top tier spotters regarding field of view and eye relief. However, image clarity at least on my example is right there with them.

    Good boot for a narrow foot

    La sportiva offers some boots with narrow lasts, Kenntrek makes some of their boots in narrow sizing if you are looking for a more traditional leather boot. Above all, try on as many boots as you can, dont get wrapped around the axle on the name brand.
