Savage 110 Ultralite Issues

Yeah. I took it to a gun smith. The rain their tap on it and said it was not done right. They said savage must of had a dull bit or something. Lots of shaving came out when they did it. Screws went it fine now. Think that’s your only option to fix it. Pretty easy fix though.

So I have a 110 ultra light in 6.5 prc I tried the warne M912 that have 8-40 screws. They make about 1/4 turn and that’s it. I went to cabelas, sportsman, and a local shop. Nobody had anything and couldn’t get these to work. They tried there in stock model 110 ultralight and had the same...

I’m heading to Alaska next year on a DIY caribou drop camp hunt. Weight is an issue and wondering what people use for light weight cots. Been looking at the helinox cots. Didn’t know if there was something else. Thanks.

12x50 recommendations?

Those 12x50 EL’s are the best I’ve seen. I love them. Hard to find better glass.

Switched last year to Swarovski EL 12x50. What a huge difference. Never thought it would be so drastic. Spotting so much more game. If you can find a way to afford it a highly recommended it.
