    So the pre-1969 worked on a post 1969 gun? Again it makes it hard to trust these manufacturers and know what to purchase. I personally just need to get a strap solution figured out I guess.

    Mine is the synthetic. Great gun based on my trial of a buddies. Measured the barrel tonight and the od comes in at 0.680. The spec on the band I purchased is 0.640" to 0.660". Guess I should have looked a little closer but just assumed it would work for all 7600 models.

    Thinking with the illumination at minimum power the reticle should be prominent enough to see but just need to se some pics to be sure. 3hr drive to the shop that sells the ATACR and won't be able to get up there for quite some time yet. Would like to just order.
