These are sweet! I keep one in a tote with cup of noodles, mountain houses, hot chocolate, cider, oatlmeal, and a few other things. I just throw it in my truck when I go in the woods, and it's always a nice treat to have, especially if it's cold! -

What are my best options for an Elk Daypack/Meathauler?
I've got a Mystery Ranch Beartooth 80 that I use as my all around pack. Whether I compress it down as a day pack, or expand it and have it for multiple days in the country. I've packed out two bulls with it now, and it was nothing short of an awesome pack! It has everything I need. -

MR Metcalf vs Beartooth
I've got the Beartooth 80. My only complaint is that the lid on it sits on the pack funny. It's a poor attachment placement in my opinion, clicking in around the top of the frame. The access is good, but there's straps everywhere that you have to un-click to get into anything. I have packed out... -
