The weight/balance isn’t a problem for me since I carry the suppressor in my backpack until it’s time to shoot then install it on the muzzle brake. Haven’t noticed any poi shifts while hunting.
Killed plenty of antelope and mule deer with a 20” barreled 6.5 creedmoor from 50-425 yards. Never had any run too far. Haven’t tried on elk yet. Plenty of pics in other posts that suggest it’s adequate with good shot placement.
Weight and size are important to me. I’ve never had any problems shooting at big game during legal shooting hours with 42mm objective scope. Could always dial the zoom down a little, if needed.
