    FWIW, I recently sized Norma .270 to 25-06 using fl die and got similar. Case cycled so ran medium pressure forming load and it disappeared.

    I wonder how many of these Fierce haters have ever owned one? The internet is fun. For the record, I have one and it’s fantastically accurate, perfectly balanced and the bolt runs smoother than any rifle I’ve shot or handled.

    Tough question. For hunting at distances my ethics dictate, seems a toss up. For banging steel at extended distances, PRC. Can’t speak to the rifle as have zero experience with seekins.

    John, I like the sako action - primarily for short both throw. I’m looking through stocks now and not sure which yet [manners mcs-eh3, peak 44 blacktooth, ag composite]. For weight - haven’t set a firm target yet. Working a bottoms up approach first. Expecting rifle and base to be 7 to 7.5...

    Hello Rokslide, I'm looking for recommendations on custom hunting rifle shop/smith. I've tried to search the forum without any luck. The plan is CF barrel and stock, prefer 3 lug action but a really nice remington clone is fine. No interest on tikka action - sorry :) Thanks in advance. Jeff

    Have 3 Howas now. All are great shooters and never experienced any reliability issues. I have swapped all triggers with Timneys. Only complaint I’ve had has been mentioned. They’re heavier than my REM 700
