I probably should… In your opinion, if starting from scratch and buying another tikka to turn into a 22CM, would it be better to just rebarrel? Do I really leave anything on the table by rechambering a 1:8 .22-250?
Now that I have a few boxes of the 77 TMKs stocked up I need to find a rifle to shoot them out of, since my .223 has a slow twist.

Anxious to see what the thoughts are on the actions. At that price point they’re pretty intriguing. The actual rifle options don’t do much for me though.
I went with a 1:9.5 twist. I’m planning on shooting 200 grain bullets, but not monos (don’t like them). I have a Hells Canyon mag in it. It feeds and cycles well. I haven’t had a chance to shoot it yet. Maybe this weekend.
