Alpaca socks are awesome. My feet are sweating now just laying here on the couch with a pair of cotton socks on. I've been using them for years. They wick like crazy. However there are some downfalls. They don't hold up as well as merino over time, one round in the dryer will permanently ruin...

A mule deer hunt in Utah involving one of Outdoor Life’s freelance writers, Aram von Benedikt, has recently sparked controversy on social media. Von Benedikt tagged a trophy buck that another hunter claimed was rightfully...
The fact that the girl never outed "WHO" it was in her story and the fact that he cant even keep his story straight through all 5 parts of his response speaks volumes.
Victory Knives. 5" boning knife and 15cm skinning knife. They run a little bit more than victorinox but hold an amazing edge way longer. I can get through multiple cows with just a little steel touchup when they start to drag. I very rarely have to actually sharpen them.

I try to do my own stuff. Especially now that labor rates are insane. I sent my kids quad to the bike shop to get a carb jet cleaned out. $263 later i should have found the hour to just do it myself...
