Once you take your binos out of the pouch the top part of the harness stays connected and leaves the pouch hanging half connected to your chest. Or worse when you disconnect from the harness to glass its half hanging there
Hey guys looking for some feedback on pack weight for a 4-5 day hunt backcountry. Right now I'm sitting at 46lbs, without my bow on. Any packing tips or input would be great thanks.
Just curious, if prosecuted in Montana what are the penalties? I see guys do it all the time while I follow the rules, usually screwing me up in the process very frustrating.
I'm not a land owner but deal with a similar situation every year. I hike 4-5 miles into an area, follow all the rules, respect the landowners. While others sign in at a different ranch, trespass, to get to the same area I'm in but only have to hike 1 1/2 of easy terrain. Very frustrating.
Once on the side of a mountain I was climbing I came upon
I found a duffle bag full of little kids clothes buried under a pile of shale on the side of a mountain. Literally in the middle of nowhere, kinda wierded me out, put everything back the way I found it and kept moving.
To me it's worth it. In Montana grizzlies are popping up in areas and expanding their range, so you never know. I'm also almost always by myself so I like to carry a can.
