Crkt clark fork folding fillet knife is light and a neat design because you get a full size blade with a normal sized handle. Got one and really like it.

You dont have clue what your talking about. We live less than an hour from where we have hunted at for 4 generations but it just happens to be that we now live 6 miles into another state so yes I would say we are hunting close to home with the kids but now wont be able too.

Its not a big vacation hunt. It's an every year family tradition to hunt back at home with my family that the state is making into a rich man's only game. Sadly Idaho is just following other states lead in going for the money and not the doing what's best for keeping this sport alive.

You can find deer in the woods. To bad your not going to have a leupold on your rifle it's the only way to kill them.

Factory dies commonly available. Brass that is head stamp correct available or just form from 270wsm brass. Short action easley compatible, with speed equal to most of the long action chamberings . But still a true wildcat that most don't have or even heard of.

Depending on your intended bullet weight hard to beat the 6.5-284 for 127lrx or 140 accubond and vld. But if your looking to run some heavy bullets the 6.5 wsm is awesome with the 156 eol. I have both and a 6.5-06 they are all super on deer. The wsm is starting to be my favorite as it is built...
I just got that exact one earlier this year. It's been great so far. It responded perfectly while sighting in and out to 1k on steel. Time will tell how it does on the long hall after a trip to Alaska with it this fall.

Kimber.
Kimber rep/cs would do nothing but make excuses. But after a hart barrel and my Smith worked it over they are good shooters.

I have had to give up on vortex's great customer service they are great every time I have to use them....that's the problem I keep having to use it. Rifle scopes binoculars and spotting scope. Yep got them all and am now selling the rifle scopes off after waking up from the bite. Can't trust...
I look for those $500 Montana's and buy them up to about 650. Another $800 at my gunsmith and they shoot 1/2" or better every time we'll under your $2000 limit. Its amazing what a heart barrel dropped in with some blue printing will do for these light rifles.

1. 8"
2. 600g
3. Waterproof....not waterproof for a little while but for the life of the rest of the boot.
4. Sized to at least 15. Maybe a wire type ratching lace system that can be easily changed out with a regular lacing system. Removable Carbide studs.

You are correct that semi and revolvers are restricted but since most semis have have magazine capacities over 10 rounds it wouldn't be allowed because of the magazine capacity not fact it's a semi. So if your handgun holds less that 10 you can get an att and bring it.

If you are bringing a semi automatic forget it and ship like others have said. But if you have a wheel gun with at least 4" barrel by manufacturer specifications then you can apply for an authority to transport permit from the chief firearms officer in the providence you going into. You have to...
