Tell them to look at what happened in California. They stopped hounds for bears and haven't come close to meeting the yearly quota since. Now the bear population has blown up and are breaking into houses.

I hunt hogs with a marlin 1894 I had converted to 500 jrh. I have a bunch of other lever guns, but it sees the most use.

I had a 6.5-06 with a 26" barrel. 3300fps with a 120gr maker trex. It was loaded over published max col. I used 270 brass just resized it with the sizing die you might have to trim if it's Ben fired. I used H4831.

I can say skree has been good to me and great warranty. I called them and told them I bought the pants used and would pay to have them fixed. They sent me a new pair. I ripped some pants and explained it was my fault and I should pay for the repair and again they sent me a new pair. I have large...
Is there a bag I the middle of the wings?
Looks like a nomad 1 with lid and another add on. Frame looks like a hunter frame or possibly a tactal frame.

If they didn't work, there would be no dead animals in California. I don't mind the non lead as much as I don't like having a choice.

I think the bullet hit bone. I also think if you want to hunt closer ranges, pick a slower cartridge in general lead or non lead. Speed can be destructive with any bullet if you hit bone. I normally try to hit just behind the shoulder on deer to minimize meat loss. Even if you hit a rib and...
My experience is that they open more and at a lower velocity if needed. My 6.5-06 was devastating. I'll look for a picture of a hog shot with it. They are for lack of a better term precut to open I'll look for one I'm My loading room and post a picture. If they had a higher bc I would use them...
Those are 50 gi and 500 jrh 300 gr I use them when I hunt with my dogs so they don't exit. 1000 fps. Paul made them for me to open from 800 to 1200 fps

Pva Cayuga
Haven't recovered one yet. First picture is a exit at 375. Second is exit at 486. 3rd is under the shoulder of the same deer in picture 4 at 572. I don't remember what deer the last picture was, but it was an exit that hit a rib might be the 4th picture deer.

I have used the PVA Cayuga and have had great results. The load work up has been easy and on game performance has been good too. The only deer that has moved was my fault. I have also used the maker bullets and have had good results. The only reason I don't ie em as much anymore is the lower bc...
Try a 151 PVA Cayuga. I use them in a 7 max shoot them 3182. Good BC less recoil and nothing I have shot has moved. they .080 to .120 jump so free bore shouldn't be a problem. the prc case has more capacity and you should be able to get more out of it.
