I have the same setup you are talking about but with the original ambient 150.
My problem is the HW does not move moisture like the ambients.
I'm looking to replace my HW with the ambient 75 and then use the 150 on top.
So my new layer system will be LW, 75, 150, Down, Rain.

I talked to a higher up at Maven this year.
He said that all of their scopes are built with the same design.
He said the only reason the RS1.2 passes is because the turrets hit the ground before the objective lens does.
If I were Maven, I'd be investigating this will all my marketing dollars.
I've ran 3 sets of BFG K02's. All great performance and lasted 55k+ miles.
They were not great in the Montana gumbo mud, and had to use v-bar chains.
I went with the MT Baja Boss AT this year, and hoping for better mud performance.
Chalk testing is a must for snowy and ice road performance...
