Agreed with Chase_D. I have not heard a single good thing about Banded Waders. I would definitely go with breathable waders but look at Rogers or Drake. If in the budget even Sitka.

I am on both sides. In a perfect world a hunter shouldn't have to wear orange in order to not get shot but there are a surprising amount of idiots who shoot first and ask questions later. To me its worth wearing orange as best I can on public land. Especially if I am packing out game.
If I were you I would keep my full size. I have a 2017 Tacoma and as my family grows and I take it on longer hunting trips I now want to go full size. With my Taco the only way to fit it all is having a topper which can be a pain in the dick if you have to transport anything taller than the topper.
Most of the breeders and trainers I have talked with don't recommend using them for that exact reason. A good rule of thumb is anything that you cannot mark with a finger nail has the potential to chip teeth.
