I did go to a Dr for this and Trazodone worked wonders for me. In my case this was literally a life saver to get on medication for this instead of self medicating with alcohol to "wind down" and get to sleep.
Perfect timing, finding this thread, because I'm finishing out the upstairs of my detached garage which is a little over 1,000 sq ft and has an existing wood stove, however it looks like crap and doesn't have glass doors (I like to see the fire). Some of these are great suggestions.
I went to the class last year in Salt Lake City. I think it helped my shooting and makes it more enjoyable. It was well worth the cost and time for me.
Here's a link to the ANSI TPI(Truss Plate Institute)-1/2014 design standards if you care to see the details, 2022 is the latest, but it's $80 and probably not much different. ANSI TPI-1. Chapter 3 deals with quality, and they basically say it's up to the MFG for things like this unless there's a...
This is no joke, the range is that bad when towing an RV. I've been told the eco-boost has two modes, eco or boost. I don't have 1st hand expierience with the eco in the 2 years I had mine, but it uses a ton of fuel on boost!
I guess, I'm just truely puzzled by Fred's legal menuverings if his end goal was to maintain control of landlocked public parcels with private corners. What was his upside for moving this case forward? A civil judgement from 4 guys that would be forced to bankrupt out of it? Fred isn't a stupid...
Got it. He is that big of a dick, to take this case this far and lose, creating a huge win for us and in the process evaporating hundreds of millions of "value" from the percieved ownership landlocked parcels once had. I would be furious with him if I owned land with public corners. That land...
Part of me wonders if Fred took this issue this far because he's not a complete dick? If he never would have pushed this issue, corner crossing would still be illegal, so he actually helped make it legal and screwed other landowners who previously were treating the landlocked as their own.
Funny, I was just talking with my brother the other day about the battery dilema. We have $thousands of them over the years from other tools, so we pretty much buy Dewalt, not because they're the best, but we're too far down that path, to switch brands. Our Dewalt cordless chain saw is okay, but...
I saw this infographic the other day which puts house pricing into a different perspective. These numbers seem crazy to me in that they're not the amount you need to make to be doing good, but rather how much you need to make to barely be able to comfortably afford a three bedroom home, assuming...
Here's a thought that might help with your leverage. Truss manufactureres are accreditied in some way as they don't let any contractor make and sell an "engineered" product. The designs should have a registered Professional Engineer (PE) sign off on them as well. For quality and design issues...
Hit the 3 year sober mark today. Honestly when I started, I didn't even think 60 days was in the realm of possibility for me. Glad I was wrong about that. To those on the fence about quitting for whatever reason, give it a try!

Building Science Corporation is probably the authority on this subject.
I'd wager that most if not all the calculations done for the moon landing(s) are done in metric. If some of the measurements are displayed in imperial units, it's a conversion from metric.
I think the metric system is better and we should switch, but it will be hard for those stuck in their...
I've done the "Irish goodbye" twice. One, I wished I would have done it sooner, the other I have mixed feelings about. I think it is situational and if you do want a reference, or possibly return, I'd give the customary two weeks notice. Most of the time, if you're considering doing this, you're...
The Black Diamond Distance Carbon are nice if you're looking for something small and light. Not cheap, but they're nice. I have a pair of Camofire carbon fiber as well that are okay and are about $70.
For those that have Audible, this book is included in the membership and is "free" to listen to. I'm only about 40 minutes into it and I think it's worthwhile.
If you don't need it for meat hauling, does this mean you also don't really need a bag for heavy loads? If not, I'd consider other MFG's for a lighter pack. I have 3 Kifaru packs and the one I use the most by far is the Stryker.
I think this is a great market for a good pack maker to expand in. I didn't know Stone Glacier made travel bags. I purchased an Osprey travel bag from REI a year or 2 ago and I had a hard time finding a laptop bag, that did double duty and was also my carry-on bag. The SG ANC 3000 travel pack...
