Both exercise are effective for fitness, weight loss, weight management and for burning calories.
But the running is more effective and work rapidly than the cycling. Cycling take more time
to achieve to goal and less effective, and have to spend more time.
I think all the exercise is good for the health and fitness but I always prefer cardio exercise for the fitness. I believe that cardio exercise help full in burning calories which is effective for weight loss and weight management. 30 min of the cardio exercise can burn more than 400 calories.
I am regular in running for burning calories but never try swimming, some of friend are regular in swimming.
