I have 4 Optika5 scopes, and I have had zero issues being able to see the reticle in low-light conditions while hunting. From open fields in KS to the timber in NE OK, zero complaints. I like the Z-Plus reticle so that I can use the drops. My favorite magnification configuration is the 3-15. At...
I asked a very knowledgeable friend your question, and this is some information he passed along. I really should have gone to him in the first place. I hope this helps?

I will be using Riton's new 3 Tactix EED on my turkey shotgun this Spring. I would also feel 100% confident using their 1 Tactix ARD. I have several of them on PCC that I use for fun and recreational competitions. For $99 they can't be beat. My EED currently sits on my Glock 34 and is huge fun...
That is interesting, I have never heard of that issue before. Are you considering FOV when estimating magnification? In an Outdoor Life article, they said “It turns out to be tricky to measure apparent magnification of an optic, for reasons too mathematical and abstract to mention here.” Here...
It's been nothing but rimfire fun lately. Everyone has a blast shooting carnival-style steel targets at the range. Finally got around to adding a TacSol X-Ring barrel to this Special Edition Green Gator 10/22 and topped it with another Riton Optics 1 Primal 4-12X50 scope. So much fun shooting...
I shoot all my 22s suppressed. Most of my rimfire suppressors are also rated for 17 HMR, one of my favorite critter gitters. I'll put Riton Optics 1 Primal 4-12X50 on at least 2 of them, just like the above rifle. Impressive low-light performance, which is what you need for corn thieves!
So thankful I have 2 of these 10/22's. My son and I had many a timed competition dropping steel targets at varying distances. I had both barrels threaded for more quiet fun. I recently topped one with a Riton Optics 1 Primal 4-12X50 scope. For under $300, I am impressed with the brightness and...
I own 2 Bergara 6.5 CMs, and I think you will be very pleased with what Meopta has to offer you. I would consider the Optika5 4-20X50 RD Z-Plus reticle. For a rifle cal capable of excellent long-range accuracy, the Z-Plus won't let you down when you start stretching out your shots. Check out...
As someone doing freelance work with Meopta, I can assure you that holding zero will not be an issue. I have put Optika5 and six on my .375 H&H to use for hog hunting and zero issues. An expensive way to test 2 scopes, but big fun having the .375 H&H back in the field with me. Make sure you...
Check out the Meopta Optika5 4-20X50 Z-Plus reticle. You can dial in the drops for longer shots using Strelok Pro and you won't break the bank. Doug at CameralndNY has them on sale right now, which you harldy ever see.
Meopta's Optika5 3-15x44 Z-Plus reticle to dial in bullet drops is the way to go. If you have never used a reticle for drops, you will be amazed at how accurate they are, of course, it all depends on how accurate the data you enter is. Look at Strelok Pro app.
While the MeoStar binos are outstanding they, unfortunately, are nowhere near the budget you stated. Check out the Meopta Optika HD 10x42 bino. Doug at Cameraland can hook you up and you won't be disappointed. they come in under budget and like all Meopta products, these are great in low light...
