Cracked up reading this because I sooo understand. Am 66, still using the original Alite Monarch chair, the first of these UL chairs, and absolutely have the roll down!
Lol, back to the gym for you!
Just kidding.
This tent is actually one of Tentipi's top selling tents, but it certainly wasn't designed for UL backpack hunting. (This same Olivin II is also available in a much lighter single wall nylon version for lightweight backpacking -...
Check out the Olivin II cp by Tentipi, a packable, condensation eliminating, breathable 2-person canvas tipi capable of accommodating a tent stove OR small open fire inside!

We’ve been getting a lot of questions about open fires inside Tentipi’s tents and requests for any available videos etc. We’ll post more of them in the days ahead.
Meantime, we’re also asked if an open fire is the only way to heat a Tentipi tent and the answer is of course no, in fact Tentipi...
Encourage a look at Tentipi. Didn't see it on your list of brands being considered, but it seems right up the alley regarding how you explained what's most what's important to you.
Had exactly the same problem with a 4 year old air mattress, slow leak which just couldn’t be detected. Kept waking up on hard ground with an empty air mattress. Started out trying to patch it while still out in the bush, submerged it in lakes, streams, etc. and still couldn’t see any bubbles...
…encourage a look at Tentipi’s Olivin 2’s. Comes with full inner-tent for best-in-class protection from everything, but can be used as shell only for lightest weight.
Also available in a lightweight canvas version!

+1 on the canvas recommendation for all-around best internal climate.
If you’re open to going floorless, you can usually set up right over any site pad measurements too.
Finally, Tentipi’s cotpolymex canvas fabrics enable much lighter and smaller packing canvas tents than you may be used to...
Anyone interested in a Hilleberg tent should consider a look at Tentipi as well before making a final decision. Both are legendary Swedish tent makers known for making extremely high-quality tents.
Hilleberg and Tentipi are competitors for sure, but friendly ones, using many of the same...

I encourage a look at Tentipi’s Olivin 2, arguably the best true 4-season backpacking tent out there - https://www.mansfieldoutdoors.com/olivin-2-with-inner-tent/
Yep, dry wood is pretty important. I usually use sticks, gathered from off of the ground. As a general rule, if I can't break the sticks with my hands they're either to big or not dry enough. A fire inside the tent is necessarily much smaller than a campfire you might have outside the tent...
Some options to consider here - first, you can eliminate condensation issues altogether by going with a breathable cotton/poly canvas tent instead of a non-breathable single wall coated nylon tent. Tentipi's Olivin 2 cp is an excellent option (video below).
Or, Tentipi's Olivin 2 Light is a...
