I would say, that for overall health and personal well-being, to do what you enjoy the most. If you aren’t training specifically for a certain activity then I doubt you see much difference. If you hate squats, and don’t want to do them every week, then it won’t be long until you stop doing them...

@S.Clancy recommended the “bug” series of Star. I would go against this. I had a wonderbug before my RMR. The huge side tubes take away all your interior room and catch wind terribly.
One week in, workouts have been good. Outdoor cardio has been hit or miss with our winter weather. Buddy told me to try to do 100 burpees in 10 minutes if I was looking for a good cardio burst. I got 96 in 10 minutes and was roasted. Haven’t done a burpee in years.

I lost 43 lbs from January 2024 to October. Did a dirty bulk until now but I’m going to start cutting shortly and I would love to be able to see some abs the year I turn 40. I know what to do I just need to be disciplined.
