    Probably a matter of it ending up on property where he had permission to kill it. Pope and young won’t care about any stink around it is my guess; they have paid sponsors and promotional relationships with convicted poachers. They can use this bull to get all sorts of publicity

    Booming in my area it seems. If anything is hurting it I’d say main causes are costs and crossbows. Just having a really good shop or two in an area can do a ton for participation
