I would say new bow with a slider. Legacy is a good bow don’t get me wrong but at your specs it’s lobbing the arrow out there. Any flagship bow from the past 4 years will dramatically improve your trajectory at the same specs and allow for you to take full advantage of a slider sight.

You won’t find a better deal on a crossbow than this. It’s normally $1800. Ravin is top of the line. Has an easy silent crank with decocking, good scope, and it’s 400fps.
Also the Mission Sub 1 is heavy and...
Did you route the cables correctly through the roller guard? That can cause unnecessary lean in the cam if done incorrectly. They should never rub on that bow
Check that your draw stop position matches the module position. If doesn’t match and it’s in an advanced position(shorter) then it’ll affect the valley and lower the let off making it super jumpy.

But QAD is still a super solid choice as well.
Cut it. Burn it off. Then tie a prusik knot on the other portion so you have a way to tension the cord in the case of the football clamp coming off in the field.
The shafts are decent. The components however are not in my opinion good. If you can’t shoot them into a bag target for fear of bending them then you have a design problem. If they can fix that problem I wouldn’t have a problem recommending them. Until then I won’t nor will I continue to stock them.
It’s equal on top because you have yokes on that bow to use to tune the bow instead of shimming the cam like you would a binary system. Also there is no standard configuration of shims on the new Hoyt’s or even Mathew’s for that matter. It’s impossible to have one configuration be able to cover...
Your Outback is a much better bow than any of the ones you listed. I’d repair over replacing it with any of those on your list. Check EBay for a used cam to help cut cost. That’ll help keep you under $300 or right at $300 to fix it up.
