Last summer my dad's F154 was stolen out of a hotel parking lot near the Denver airport. Security cameras showed the guys getting into it and driving it away in about 30 seconds. It was never recovered. I hope some of those 13 arrested were the same thieves.
We lived in Missoula from 2003-2010. We loved it. We live elsewhere in MT now. It's a fun place to go to eat or go to a concert, but I wouldn't want to live there anymore (but I'd definitely take it over GA). It's very blue and the cost of living has really gone up over the last few years as...
Not a lot more details, but here's another article about it and several other recent MT grizzly encounters.

I saw someone else said The Alpinist, not a series, but a really good movie on Netflix!
Sons of Anarchy is really good, not sure where it is streaming.
The Terminal List on Prime.
Animal Kingdom on Prime.
Kingdom on Netflix I think.
Vikings
I have a gun bearer, and its easy to set it up to carry the barrel behind your shoulder by attaching the upper strap higher on your pack and tightening it up. I've carried it both ways and generally prefer it behind my shoulder.
Years ago my wife and I were tent camping with our young boys in the Bighorns in Wyoming. I woke up during the night and heard a large animal breathing heavily and snorting at the ground around the tent. Eventually it worked it's way up to the tent and started sniffing about a foot from my head...
I've been using a homemade chest holster much like the gunfighter with a bino chest harness over it. It's really comfortable, protected, and very accessible. The only thing that bugs me is having to take it off along with the bino harness every time I add or remove a layer of clothing.
I've been primarily hunting with a 308 for the last few years and considered mono bullets but decided that the cartridges lower velocity combined with a bullet that requires more speed to reliably expand than bonded bullets may not be the best combination for me. I've settled on Federal Terminal...
I really like my pocket rocket unless temps drop too much below freezing, then it's not great since it's a canister stove. If it's windy it really needs a windscreen too. I also keep one in my daypack along with a GSI halulite minimalist to make coffee or ramen.
Fishing on the Missouri west of Great Falls. Hiking/fishing Sluice box state park, little belts, highwoods, and the As suggested above, visit Glacier NP.
This holster used a kydex pancake holster attached to leather, so retention is consistent and there shouldn't be any issues with the leather wearing and potentially causing safety concerns. I wore it and liked it so much I made another one for my G20.
Year round, even for day trips:

Small FAK with ibuprofen, CAT tourniquet, Imodium, couple bandaids, a couple single use antibiotic cream, and some gauze

Victornox Tinker. I've carried one pretty much daily since I was 11 or 12. More function than nostalgia for me. It's small enough that it's easy to carry and has a lot of practical tools I use a lot.
I think Devils Tower is definitely worth the drive. I'd also recommend checking out Custer State Park on the SD side, Spearfish Canyon is also a beautiful area. Deadwood has some cool historical stuff to see if you're into that. I'm not sure if Jewel Cave and Wind Cave will still be open then...
