Need some glove advice!

Last season I used the First Lite Grizzly. Best gloves I've ever used. I'm a skinny dude that lives in WA and I hunt in the high country areas. Very tough, well insulated glove. If for some reason your hands still get cold in them you could always use a second thinner glove on the inside...
