Kind of because they can do s,g,m,elk and deer all by one week after the applications close. Considering there are double the number of applicant in most of those drawings I kinda think it's B's that they wait this long for antelope.
I'd say 295-300" I agree velvet is hard to judge and they shrink up more than you think. He doesn't look like and old bull but in an OTC unit he's a shooter no question.
3 index, trueball, Scott, and B3, and 3 hand held, Scott, Carter, UV. I like them all and shoot them all well. I hunt with the Scott handheld or the B3 index depending on what and how I'm hunting.
