    Dremel with a cutting wheel works fine for me. It's redneck but I cut as well as possible and then make sure they're square before gluing inserts.

    I'm the same height but I've got 10 more #'s on you. I use a '17 24" kifaru duplex hunter frame. I think this model is the old tactical frame. I wear 33-34" pants and started with a small belt. I bought a used medium belt and prefer it. Both belts work but the actual webbing on the small belt...
