    Liner Socks...?

IMHO, these are in a class by themselves. My Sheep partner got me to try them, and I will not mountain hunt without them. I had used liners on and off before too, but these work so much better. I think because with them between the toes, they stay put better.

    Sheep hunting partner etiquette

For sure,, we have passed on more than we have taken. Out of the 3 above, one was killed on the pack back to the plane, one forced the issue at the strip and the other was just too pretty for my Buddy to resist. I have found for me,,, the best way not to get distracted on a sheep hunt, is to...

Moose Hunt - Fishing Help needed

    Tundra/walking river edges

I would take this advice. Also, those cheap kids snow sleds work great. Easier to drag loads than hump across that stuff. LB has that stuff dialed in.

Alaska Dall - Backpack Hunt: What Clothing?

The only clothes I bring that I don't wear, is a spare set of midweight fleece top and bottom underwear and 2 pairs of socks. The extra fleece and a pair of socks are for sleeping and as a spare if I get...
