Whose done lathrop and sons foot mapping system?

Went through the entire process 3-4 years ago. It is expensive, but if you are having problem finding boots that fit it is well worth it. Sent 2 sets of boots back and forth 3-4 times until they fit perfect. Best boots I have owned. Zero issues. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Non-resident big game tag drawing

Fair enough. What don’t you like about NV process? That your not guaranteed to draw at some point? I like it because you always have a shot to draw. Case in point I drew a bull elk tag for Jarbidge last year with 5 points as a non resident non guided hunt. Got very lucky. Wouldn’t be...

    Non-resident big game tag drawing

You are correct. Exponentially was the wrong word choice. Still like the system. Simple, rewards higher points, but everyone has a chance. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Agreed. Shouldn’t have used exponentially. Don’t quite get how my odds are going down though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Non-resident big game tag drawing

new guy without a clue elk questions

Was in the same boat last year. Drew a NV elk tag in an area I wasn’t able to scout. Talked to a lot of people about both the area as well as elk hunting in general. Also read a couple of books. Ended up being lucky to have a friend come along, although he had zero experience as well. We...

    Nevada: Jarbidge vs Ruby mts

Hunted the Ruby’s for deer 3 times and Jarbidge last year for elk. I would go Jarbidge. Going to be harder to draw, but less people better deer quality imo. Ruby’s are a tough hunt, but easier than Jarbidge. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
