    AG Composites makes Mesa (to Mesa's specs), so I am sure it is quality. Still a bit heavy, though. Manners came in 7oz heavy on two EH-5's. One was a lightweight mountain rifle build, so I was pissed! (Plus the mag well on one was terrible)

    That is a consideration. They are 4-5oz heavier than the Proof, though. Trying to do a 20oz or less. AG is my go-to. Some of the best finished stocks I have worked with. Plus they are fast and super helpful.

    I've run Sockwa X8's for a few years, when I'm backpack hunting. About 6oz for the pair. There is some swimming website that sells them cheap. Definitely more functional than a flipflop. Still pretty breathable.
