Planning on hunting Aoudad in Texas with a rifle and a guide in October -November 2022
I hunted mine with Mike McKinney (West Texas Hunting Org) and had a great time. Lots of great outfitters out there at least. Being from Canada, make sure you do some planning on CITES permits and the period it takes to get permits before bringing the ram home. -
Total Archery Challenge- Big Sky 2022
I am from BC and hoping to drop down to Montana this year for the TAC. Waiting for a release date so I can see how it fits in to the plans and hopefully do some organizing! Spotting Scopes and Growth Rings

Agreed there are some differences between aging by tooth and by annuli. The BC regs are clear though that a ram needs to be 8 evidenced by the annuli. So, even if a ram brooms off annuli, the ram needs to have 8 annuli clearly proving he's 8 or older. No doubt with rockies/deserts/calis... -
