No way a broadhead should be causing a miss. Lack of accuracy could be many things. A properly tuned bow should throw any arrow consistently if you do your part. If the blades are planing and steering the arrow maybe go to a bigger fletching with more surface area to steer it or try 4 fletching...
If the fixed blade still fly pretty well then why switch back to a mechanical head which will soak up energy to open and possibly cost you penetration? Especially a 3 blade mechanical. If anything I’d choose a 2blade mechanical like rage trypan. Either way I hope you are shooting a heavy arrow...
Sorry when I say pack boots I mean the big bulky heavily insulated boots for very cold weather. Some have removable liners, but I don’t think they adjust for different temps.
I think it comes down to the type of hunting you’ll be doing and the temps you’ll be hunting in. I have light snake boots for early archery deer hunts in tree stands, tall rubber muck boots for rainy wet deer hunts and cooler sits, heavy insulated pack boots for sitting/stalking in a foot of...
Size 9. These are basically brand new. Worn around inside the house for a few hours during quarantine and they just aren’t a match for my foot. Got them for Xmas and have just had them sitting around. 90.00 PayPal F/F or add 3%
Got a pair last month off amazon for 175. Only wore them three times so far but I’ll tell you the one on my left foot feels great, the one on the right hurts like hell! The pain is in a strip about 1/2 inch wide on the right edge of my right foot. Pain was so bad I made my wife drive home after...
Might just be me but I don’t like to try to broadhead tune with a bare shaft like the op is doing. I bare shaft tune with fp to get good arrow flight then from there shoot fletched arrows when getting fp and broadheads to hit the same. Why try this with bare shaft??? It’s more than likely going...
Saw a guy in a fb group that I’m in that was in a trial for a Lyme disease vaccine. I’m not sure of the results. I use permitherine and make my own tick-bombs to spread around my property. I save all the stuffing from the toys my dog rips up and I save all a bunch of pepper towel and tp...
I agree with the don’t overthink it opinion. Personally I would have them cut back 3” just to get the proper fit. Love my fmj’s. My dl is 27” and mine are cut to 25.5”. I never checked but I bet I could have cut them back a bit more and still be past my rest. I too have no idea what my foc is...
Have you tried shooting at a greater distance? If the bow is properly tuned, adjusting the site a bit should put you right back on regardless. I would adjust the site and see how it goes. If it doesn’t help just move it back and no harm done.
Is the pic comparing coronavirus to h1n1 supposed to make us think Corona is not that bad? Who cares who’s president at the time, it’s just math...38 dead out of 1329 is 2.8% and 12469 dead out of 60 million is .02%. So yeah, I’d be a little more worried about something that kills 3 people out...
Well I don’t have one thing, but I use a site that I’ve bought some stuff from VERY cheap as long as you can wait for the delivery,1-2 months. Yes, it’s stuff from China, but many of the items that have been posted already are too, then marked up and sold on amazon or eBay. AliExpress. Mole...
