On the powder measure. I have a device hanging on the side. I tap it twice on every load. When I pour powder into case. I tap funnel twice.
My thought is too much powder. If you have enough loaded ammo. You could weigh them. If one is light. That could mean one was over.

I live in Richland County. Have shot deer that tested positive for CWD. The valley I live in has had it for a number of years. Deer numbers have decreased. It's a sad situation.
