    I usually get something similar due to a pinched nerve in my neck and upper back. My neck is a wreck so a good chiropractor has done minor miracles for me. You might want to explore that route in addition to going to a shoulder specialist.

    I just buy a prepaid Verizon cheapy phone if I am worried about my provider's coverage. For $50, I am pretty much covered. My old Blackberry with Sprint service used to give me okay coverage in a "Verizon zone" but my newer droid doesn't seem to pickup signals as strong.
