Seems for me to depend on how much other arm work I've done.
I usually hang every day, but that may be the only thing I do some days. 46, 175-180 lbs. Few seconds over 2 minutes has been my max.
Have also started some single arm hangs this last week. About 20 seconds max there

Opened one of the gates at the barn today, and found the V made with the gate open gave me the perfect opportunity to try dips.
Now I know another excercise I suck at.
