    Whats your hang times?

    Seems for me to depend on how much other arm work I've done. I usually hang every day, but that may be the only thing I do some days. 46, 175-180 lbs. Few seconds over 2 minutes has been my max. Have also started some single arm hangs this last week. About 20 seconds max there
