I need to get a new rest for my bear whitetail legend. So far, I've just been using the included whisker biscuit and I noticed it's getting worn and damaging my fletching. I see a lot of praise for the qad hdx and my brother loves his, but what do you guys recommend?
Have had an interest in archery for years but I finally dove in. Tried my brothers elite bow and now I can definitely see myself investing in a higher end bow in the future.

His video is actually what got me really interested in it. I originally wanted to get a leupold vx3-hd but reading some of the stuff on here has me concerned about the durability and tracking.
Does any one have any thoughts and opinions on the GPO Passion 3x 3-9x42 or really any of the GPO line for that matter? I see their name popping up every now and it has me interested. What is the optical quality like? What about the turrets? Is this scope worth it? Are there any alternatives...
I'm close to pulling the trigger one an optika5 myself. Found a good price on a 2-10x42 but it has the zplus reticle. The only thing holding me back is that I'm concerned the center dot is too fat.
Currently using a Sandman-S on a 20" 308 Bergara Ridge and a Dead Air Mask on a Ruger 10/22 backpacker. Took my first deer with a 16" tuned AR and the sandman back in December and I can't imagine hunting without a can. Will probably pick up a dedicated Ti Bolt gun can in the near future.
Took my first Deer this year using 62gr Barnes TSX in .223. Blood trail was pretty small but maybe that was my fault and not the ammo. I think I want to have a dedicated hunting rifle in .308. for next year.
