Kids are expensive until they are gone, and you need to factor insurance and other medical costs.
You also need to budget for your entertainment and tags/hunting in other states is not cheap.
I'm not sure what you think having a land owner tag is going to get you if your "whole goal" is to have cows.
If you want to be back in nature, I suggest you should also include land with dense tree growth. Of course, that and cows don't really go together that well.
I bought a used pair of Toric 15x56s. They are pretty good although they are significantly larger/heavier than my 12.5x50s. Fwiw, they sell direct to consumers on Amazon.
22 ARC with not much wind. Otherwise, 6mm ARC out to 500 yds. Not much difference for 200 yds. Hornaday has a YouTube with the comparison, fwiw.
I think they are both inherently accurate.
First rule, hunt where the game is.
It’s a hobby for most people, so how much game do you kill in your other hobbies?
However, if you aren’t having fun, I say quite for a while.
The weird thing is you can buy a gently used Lexus GX, LS with a great offroad system and outstanding durability and luxury for less than a Honda, Toyota, Ford, Chevy, etc.
Lexus is truly the best kept secret in either SUV or cars. They are generally perfectly maintained and in perfect shape...
I don't know why they are here, but from what I understand there are some differences in menu options/features for some brands/models. I would make sure there isn't a significant difference.
I bent several bars in high school and damaged lifting machines. The coaches weren't mad at me, but said to stop doing it before I got hurt.
The reality is that unless you are going for a lifting record, the extra weight is probably not a great idea. I don't think gaining that extra muscle...
I had several over the years. I probably should have one now. In any case, do keep in mind that they can vary in range quite a lot. Do pick one that matches how you plan to hunt or a calm variety if you don't plan to hunt.
