    Lemhi Zone

    This will be my first time in the zone, I have spent 4 days in the zone already with another 3 scouting trips planned. No problems finding animals, my question is crowds. Is it a shit show on the archery hunt? We will be a ways from most roads and trails, I just have no idea what to expect.

    Deer??

    I have thought of that also. I am for sure exploring and trying to find areas with more deer. I have covered an insane amount of country and all I have seen so far is elk and moose. I am a moose finding sucker! :) I am gonna mix it up this weekend and see what I can dig up.

    So this is my first year hunting big game in Idaho. I grew up hunting in Utah, and in the desert where I hunted deer densities were low but I could still find 2-4 bucks per day with 10-15 does.
