    I went with the Leupold. I went back and forth and decided I like the size and weight a little better. Also 18 power seems to be plenty for me. Rings are a factor though

    I was able to just clip my Alaska guide creations straight to my stone glacier pack with no modifications. Headed to New Mexico for sheep in ten days. I’ll let you know how it works out.

    I agree the thermarest pump is the best, use it to blow up the pad and can just put it down to the fire and away she goes. I’ve been using this for a couple years and it’s the best. Constant blowing rather than using your breath

    WTS Kimber mountain ascent 280ackley

    Selling my wife’s kimber mountain ascent in 280 ackley improved. Comes with scope rings. Shot about 50 rounds through it. Rifle has a gun skin on it to protect the original stock. 1300 dollars. Located in anchorage.

    Loading and unloading fired brass is good. Also the bolt feels good. There are two slight rings around the casing near the rear.
