    What year? Mine was an 18 with the FA engine so completely different layout than the older EJ's. I'm was in a 15+ wrx owners group on Facebook and there were a few people posting pics of their dash with 40 mpgs

    I had a wrx for a while with plans to make it a hunting rig.. 35 mpg, awd, lots of space, turbo makes it fun to drive too. Did take it on one hunt and it did well but I started tweaking with go fast parts and decided one expensive hobby was enough

    Out of curiosity, what brand did they order the strings through. The shop I used to work at dealt winners choice and it seemed about one set a month was built too long/short. They were always good about making it right though
