    Actually, the Ark was my first purchase in about 5 years from Kifaru.....had a K3 before that and an SG before that.......but you can assume all you want. Drama is drama, no matter how you cut it.....

    Flip side to every coin- Some customers are good to lose. Honestly, can never make them happy and they complain all over the interwebs…..once you own your own business it makes more sense, but at times, it’s great to say goodbye 👋.

    My CS experiences with a K3 were excellent with Exo as well. The Ark just fits me better, but CS from both have been spot on for me.
