    Sewing Machine Reccomendations

I've been using a Singer Heavy Duty 4423 and it's been a good one. It will sew several layers of cordura without any trouble. Has handled all of my DIY projects. Simple to set up and use.

    Im liking this seekins element

Nice setup Brad. Thanks for posting. Hoping mine will dial in as well as yours did!. I've got a .308 on the way and wanted a flush magazine also but didn't realize Seekins was using the MDT. What's another $40  Paladin

WTS 7mm PRC Hornady 175 ELDX

I’ve got 5 boxes of 7mm PRC for sale. I was considering a new rifle and I grabbed it when I had the chance. Ended up going with .308 in a new Havak Element so I’m turning this loose. With taxes I paid right at $64 a box so if I can get $320 plus shipping you can be the proud new owner. Thanks

    Pack hipbelt upgrade

Other than a Kifaru belt which, to me at least, is maybe the gold standard for belts, the Osprey belt is very comfortable. I retrofitted a couple of packs with them back before the dedicated hunting pack folks caught up. If I recall correctly I think the Osprey is called Isoform, very...

    Crispi vs Salomon

In my experience the Solomons i've had were always just a tad narrower, in the toe box at least, than my Crispi's.

    Top lid for packs

I've got the same setup as Baron and for the same reasons. I love my Exo packs and frames but that lid on the Kuiu Pro LT is an great lightweight combo.

A few diy bags and stuff sacks

Very nice. Wish I had that kind of skill on a machine.

Help me finally pick a boot

I have several different pair of the Crispi's. Each model has their own characteristics but, like others have said above, the Lapponia II is probably the most flexible and for me super comfortable straight out of the box. Even with my high instep and wide foot they have enough room. I've...

    Lightweight Backpack Recommendations

Definitely the SG and SO mentioned above are at the top of the list. EXO is not the heaviest pack out there and it carries well for sure. The EXO fits me best and it's what I use most. There may be a few used K2 and K3's for sale her pretty soon. I have packed out elk and deer with a Kuiu...

    Crispi Boots Fit?

I have the Thors, Lapponia II, and I think a pair of what were called Dakota's. I have a wide foot with a fairly high instep so I need the volume as well. All of the ones I have are the wide version but I think even the normal widths still have relatively good volume. I don't have any heel...
