    i pretty much had the same MRI results. just had rotator cuff and labrum surgery. it sucks. four weeks out and im still in significant pain and can hardly move my arm. plan for extended time off.

    i do it with mountain quail just using my own whistle with my mouth all the time. i can shoot up a covey, move a hundred yards up hill and call them right back to me. They are a pretty stupid bird so early in the year its almost too easy.
