    Game and Fish used to have a landowners list for people willing to let hunters on,been a few years since I've checked. I haven't heard from anyone yet,a lot of cattle have been displaced to any land that wasn't cooked by the recent fire.

    Any elk updates from Bighorns?

    Air quality in Sheridan is the best it has been for weeks,most of the smoke is drifting down into Buffalo and South through the state. Rode mtb down in Buffalo yesterday afternoon, wasn't bad at all

    Most access to 38 is closed,some of 37. Hot,dry and windy. Was gonna do general tag in 37.......not this year. Still tons of elk everywhere

    What shoes are worth it?

    Insoles make a huge difference, I throw away all the inserts that come with any work or hunting boot and replace with superfeet,either the green or blue depending on the fit.
